      Austin location was great. Layoffs are not.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Family atmosphere. Like to promote from within.

      Cons

      Had to train myself because manager had too many other responsibilities. Was laid off due to pandemic, which sucks, but I understand the industry was largely affected due to declining advertising revenue.
