      Pros

      Committtment to employees has been tremendous during the past year of the pandemic. Continued commitments to local communities during 2020 was amazing despite everything going on. Can rise in ranks but requires a deep dedication to excellence in order to truly grow.

      Cons

      I’ve been working for Sinclair for nearly 20 years and the company has never been more buttoned up. I have no cons.
