For the past five years, the company has been in aggressive expansion and growth mode, both through mergers and acquisitions and also through intensive internal development of personnel and departments. The company always goes above and beyond to make sure each station has the various tools and technology needed to win against the competition.
Cons
The size of the organization is both a pro and a con. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to keep up with all of the moving parts. But with diligence comes rewards and those who are willing to put the work in will see those rewards.
