      Get in, learn, then transition to better opportunities

      You get to anchor and experience a lot of learning benefits that you wouldn't be able to do in a bigger market

      Cons

      The salary is very poor. I was living paycheck to paycheck.

      Opportunities for growth. Good learning and growing market. Political market with the SC State House.

      Cons

      Cons are at WACH FOX News. Limited staff. Photographers have limited editing knowledge, studio is outdated. Chief Engineer doesn't know what he's doing. Doesn't pay well. Isn't a very professional place to work.
