Pros

Great base salary for a college graduate, friendly work environment, good benefits. Great work life-balance (max 40 hours per week).

Cons

Lacks the resources needed to succeed, solid training, and a developed sales process. Too few wins for a salesperson to feel successful (or make any commission!). No opportunities for advancement either.

Pros

The team I had the pleasure of working with in the office in Los Angeles was amazing, the location and the work space was nice. Basic 9-5 hours. So no taking work home. I'll add that its a Great job, i guess, for people who enjoy being belittled, spoken to condescendingly, being blamed for everything, being responsible for everyone else's mistakes, & never being appreciated.

Cons

It's hard to decide where to begin. This is hands down one of the most poorly run company you could ever work for. Merger after merger has left this company a mess and a nightmare for employees. - To begin with you will have too many bosses. All of whom expect different things from you. Follow one's advice and you'll get yelled at by someone else. - Do a good job, and you will be handed more work without more compensation. - Have a problem or a question, good luck finding someone to help.. because there are so many different departments with overlapping authority everyone will just pass the buck. - Watch money get tossed down the toilet with outdated and inefficient corporate policies as you make just a tiny bit over Los Angeles minimum wage. - Vindictive corporate supervisors who will promote and give special treatment to their friends and punish you if you dare point it out. - Endless mind numbing repetition and pointless paperwork - Have good idea? Keep it to yourself because it surely is against policy and you'll get told no and the face the wrath of insecure cooperate employees who are just terrified of rocking the boat and losing their jobs too. - Poor training that covers maybe 10% of what you really need to know and believe it or not you will be told its against the rules to ask other coworkers for help.

Cons

Daily content every station was required to air from Beaumont TX, Washington, DC. Layoffs targeting long-term, valued employees.
