      The NBC affiliate in Mobile has to get new management. The GM is never there and has ruined so many lasting relationships in the community.

      I have been employed for almost 2 months now and I'm learning a lot . The people are friendly and always willing to help . Professional and Helpful.

      You have to learn to prioritize your desk. Whats seems to be an emergency for someone else might not be an emergency for your desk.

      You have the opportunity to make great money if you put in the work The people I work with are well-versed, knowledgeable, confident, and at the top of their game. The managers do not micro-manage and have confidence that you will do what they hired you to do, SELL.

      Cons

      There is no formal onboarding training program The managers are completely overwhelmed and you can sometimes cut the tension with a knife There are many people who are not happy because they have work piled high, which keeps them in the office and does not allow them to be out in the field.
