      A Better Company to Work for than You Think

      Pros

      Decent pay, decent benefits, & decent managers; they genuinely care about their employees, especially their security and safety. It's been a really great company to work for the last 4 years.

      Cons

      Sometimes they get a little "penny pinchy" around here to the detriment of the overall product, but it's not a chronic issue. Also, while the company has a very obvious conservative leaning politically, I've never been lectured to or encourage to vote in that direction despite being a progressive life-long Democrat. The upper-upper management might be right-wingers, but this is not a company where holding to that philosophy is a requirement.

      Pros

      It’s a decent job to have for a couple years. The pay is OK, and there is opportunity for overtime. Co-workers make the job bearable.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent, no room for advancement, absolutely no feedback or rewards for hard work. Shifts change all the time and they basically want to own you
