Pros

The pay is very good and the company invested in good equipment for my unit. Some coworkers were good.

Cons

Absolutely no clue in how to navigate the media landscape in 2016 and beyond. Worked for an impossible manager who repeatedly failed to deliver on promises. Conservative basis leads to frequent journalistic malpractice.

Salaries could be higher when it comes to the digital agency side of things. Lower than most digital agencies.

Corporate is willing to invest to create a better infrastructure. A lot of good people work within the company.

Cons

The corporation has grown too fast. Almost all of the processes have flaws, with high demand for last minute turnaround for long term projects, excessive reports, leaders lacking knowledge, and poor interdepartmental communicate.
