Pros

Good Products to sell and overall there are a lot of good people within the company. Strong emphasis on Digital growth from the top down.

Cons

Culture - people are treated like numbers. I had 3 different bosses in 4 years - lots of management turnover. Local management will be key on how you view the company. If it's good, not a bad place to work. If it's bad, it will be one of the worst jobs of your life.
