      It's a job; get out as fast as you can.

      Cons

      Whippings will continue until morale improves. Corporate cares little about the employees. Local management tries but they're constantly beat down too

      Pros

      The pros are that you get paid every two weeks. You are given a fair amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Management rules by fear, always keeping employees on edge. Some in management lack people skills needed for every day life, let alone management for a HUGE broadcasting company. Despite the quarterly memos talking about how much money the company earned, it is almost impossible to obtain a raise. It is very much the good ole boy network, and managers play favorites.
