      Pros

      Most of your co-workers are good people. They work hard. They care about doing a good job. There's a strong sense of pride. An "Us against the World Mentality." I really enjoyed working with a vast majority of my co-workers. I feel like they/we deserve(d) better.

      Cons

      Far fewer resources than your competitors. Far less pay than other stations. Management, especially upper management, treats you like little more than a salary. One GM I worked for didn't know my name & we worked together for 3-years. Ownership doesn't seem to care about giving you what it takes to do your job & do it well. They seem to only care about the bottom line.
