Pros

I have worked for Sinclair for over 10 years. It is very fast paced environment with high expectations of its employees, is this a bad thing? Your not micromanaged unless you don't do the job your hired to perform. All the perks and opportunities of a large corporation. If your a high achieving and driven professional, you will thrive.

Cons

Managing the number of projects going on at one time and from multiple directions can be overwhelming at times. As with Pros, a con can be the high expectations. You have to be driven for success or you won't be a good fit. There is no place for complainers or those with lots of excuses.

Opportunity for growth and income. Company continues to grow. Plenty of resources to excel at your job. Company knows how to stay ahead of the curve.

Cons

Job can be stressful at times. Plenty of sales reps can’t make the cut. But for those that know how to sell, great income upside.
