Pros

The occasional TV world perk like free local tickets, etc. I can't think of anything else, but need more words so here's some more words. Yeah, it is that bad.

Cons

Management is out of touch n a local level. Corporate is even worse! Sinclair U is a ripoff that will absolutely bankrupt you in two years if you try to leave for better pay. They promise a salary with no commission for two years then, unless your management team gives you some agency biz to sustain a base, you are pretty much at zero. No care given to newer employees who have not been able to "claim" an account although zero progress made in years on it as a prospect. Constant sexual harassment if you're a woman. It is just part of the culture it seems.

Great opportunity to work hard and make a lot of money.

Cons

The way the management team conducts business is very unprofessional. Hard work and dedication goes unnoticed and never is there a time that you feel secure in your position with the company. Account executives are often put in tricky situations to make sure station budgets are met. This is a high stress company that would benefit from learning how to work smarter and more efficiently.

Pros

Movement within the company. Certain Sinclair stations are showered with resources. They are constantly looking to improve on the digital front, which is huge.

Cons

Salary is lower than most, management at certain stations is very poor--cares much more about the bottom line than employee well being, will go understaffed for years and look at it as a benefit because they're paying less
