Pros
I've been with the company for nearly 10 years and they've made great strides in that time. First, they are always looking internally for talent. If there's not an opportunity for you to grow in your current market, there are stations throughout the country. They've increased their benefits including: (3 weeks vacation after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years) (80% paid maternity leave) (wellness program). Positive culture.
Cons
With any company, some locations/stations have a negative culture or struggle with other issues like staffing. This is sometimes caused by the GM in charge locally. The company has an open door policy but many don't take advantage of reporting issues up the ladder.
