      I can't think of anything.

      Cons

      Management will throw you under the bus to protect their own short-comings. Old school broadcaster. Very conservative. Has not changed with the times. Poor collaboration between departments.

      Pros

      Fair benefit package, but nothing else.

      Cons

      Corporate micro-manages everything, Its almost impossible to get anything done. Wait on corporate management to correct problems, while local managers blame local employees for problems that occur at corporate level. No recognition for quality work, just criticism.
