      Huge station group needs to hone its internal communications

      Pros

      Generally a lot of good, talented people in upper management. Company was in growth mode for a few years and has properties in virtually every state.

      Cons

      Perhaps because of its steep growth curve, communication seemed disjointed from top down. Goals of upper corporate management didn't always mirror the goals of the stations.

      I work with a mostly good crew of guys.

      It is so corporate it's unreal. I really don't care for their politics either.
