      Pros

      You can work as you wanna work, Management doesn't care.Specially technical works they don't wanna listen rather than they wanna spying on you by computer footstep or cctv camera.

      Cons

      Local station management messed up, every month you will see new people in HR or admin dept. Blocked position, there are no where you can promote or salary raise. You will see some racist people around you who loves to comment your color or religion behind you.

      Austin is a great place to live

      Cons

      This place is absolutely horrible to its people and has about the same level of respect for its staff as a run of the mill fast food joint. Never seen anything like it. They can't keep employees for more than 4 months. Massive turnover.
