Horrible, close to criminal, lack of oversight of upper management. Abuse of workers and requiring, not expecting, requiring 50-60 PLUS hour weeks of salaried people. Supposedly have transfers to other stations within the group, but those are only available if you play their political games just right. I graduated from High School years ago and have never since then seen people form cliques, so many supposedly professional leaders, form cliques that prevent anyone not willing to bend over backwards for the company from getting any advancement.
Virtually everyone I knew, when they gave 2 weeks notice they were immediately escorted out the door. Their attitude is "If your going to have the nerve to quit on us we will do our last little bit to screw you" AND they will then claim THEY terminated YOU and you are on the no rehire blacklist.
HR will hit you up for every minor thing YOU may do against company policy, even unpublished policies, but they will NOT lift a finger when the company is doing things that are actually illegal, like putting you in a remote location with no restroom facilities or access to food or drink, and expect you to work a 16 hour shift there. HR works for the company, and boy do the employees know it.
