      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to handle a wide array of technologies. Pay is decent if you don't consider all of the off-time you'll work.

      Cons

      Horrifically understaffed. Management expects you to be available to work 24/7. Planning and communication are nearly non-existent. Everything is an emergency. Incompleteness and mistakes are dealt with harshly, but adequate time to build and test is seldom available. General morale of the IT department is low, and gossip/bickering within the department is endemic.

      You can make good money if you are willing to sell your soul to the Devil.

      Cons

      Boiler room mentality in sales dept. Treat employees like disposable objects. Don't really invest back in company to make it better.

      Pros

      This company has given the college graduate an opportunity to get into the broadcast industry, being compensated by low wage and high quality and volume training and responsibility.

      Cons

      This company has not been able to pay associates the wages they have earned when with the company 10-15 years in some cases. It is a result of the company needing to downsize and lower payroll to "survive."
