      Pros

      You will be thrown into the fire, but hopefully you can be tempered by it. Challenging at best, burnout at worst. Being compartmentalized just means you're left alone and not micromanaged, until you are.

      Cons

      You will be thrown into the fire, repeatedly. Outside of handling the task at hand, you may as well be shoved into a closet with an occasional knock on the door to see if you still have a pulse. Lack of clear and effective direction means supervisors are being too hands-off or too hands-on.

      you get a budget for buying gifts for clients, lots of autonomy, huge asset portfolio to use basically any type of marketing you want

      Cons

      high turnover rate - be aware, can feel very lonely
