      Great benefits, mostly flexible schedule, get to work with a great staff and meet very interesting people

      Cons

      Difficult to move up once you have reached the income potential they have set for you, too many projects to focus on

      Pros

      A growing group and always an opportunity to move up. They are very profitable.

      Cons

      The general manager generally does not run the station. It is by several different VPs. It is a sweat shop. Lot's of hard work, but very littie appreciation for employees. A tremendous amount of turnover.
