Pros

There are only two reasons. 1) the people you work with make it a joy to come to work everyday. 2) you get to set your own schedule.

Cons

I do not even know where to begin. I never thought I would ever get on a site like this to actually talk negative about a company. I have already talked three people that I know out of applying for a position with Sinclair. Especially ones who are new to sales, and have zero experience. They trick you into attending this once in a lifetime training program where you think you will learn inside & out about sales, and I did not. I learned nothing in training, and felt helpless when I returned to my station. I genuinely thought I would love this job, and I couldn't have been more wrong. They cap your income, even though you're told you can make as much money as you want! It seemed perfect! Too good to be true.

Pros

decent benefits, typically have more than one choice a provider actually- decent hours but in return you're not making $. Some ppl. get a 1st year flat amount somewhere 45,00 or <

Cons

Contract is 3 years...to be stuck in something so awful, don't do it (FIRST RED FLAG). Terrible disappointment. Alot of the reviews on here are true to form. They don't pay gas or any car allowance (2nd red flag), and last but not least they don't tell you they keep your last pay check- plus vaca. and sick until a couple days before your two weeks . That is, IF one finishes their two weeks. Mngmnt. has ver poor communication and their anger and frustration is released on employees due to stress. Leads are poor and the majority of National/Regional or even solid local leads are giving to employees who have been there the longest. Favoritism by senior mgnmnt. to older employees. This company needs to rethink their compensation and what valued employee really means.
