This company is great for your first job out of college. It teaches you corporate America and opens doors into the media world. It shows you how to be a number and fall in line because corporate says. While you learn the world of media from your higher ups, you also learn the value of yourself and what you do not want in your next job. Once you have gained enough experience at Sinclair you then can go on to companies that value you and want you to succeed.
