Pros

Cool to watch on-air talent work. Taxes will be easier this year - given the lack of bonuses.

Cons

Senior leaders chasing fads (gaming, NFTs, supplements ). Kicked out of running the RSN they bought for $9B. Awful financial metrics – underperforming their peers. Can’t hire, develop, and retain strong sales pros in most markets. Ad solutions are not unique. Bro-network runs the show – so outsiders have no chance of fitting in.

Pros

Ok salary. very easy access to upper management. You can literally schedule a one-on-one meeting with the VP and discuss anything. Lots of resources to help you learn and upgrade your skill set. I specifically love that we had very generous access to AWS services. I self-taught a lot of AWS services during my stay.

Cons

Some Technical Directors are a bit territorial. It's somewhat difficult to get improvements on some legacy systems because of unjustifiable pushback from Technical Directors that have been on a specific project for a long time. Salary is also a bit lower compared to the current market.
