Its an ok job if you are straight out of college and want to learn the ropes of the industry,

Cons

Pay is low and they will try and squeeze everything out of you. Not much room for promotion. Will not budge on paying a livable salary.

Pros

Lots of people willing to assist with pretty much anything. Very team work oriented and managers are very understanding and work with you on personal and business issues.

Cons

Overall a good company to work for. Downfall is too many people in seniority positions that fail to communicate with each other so I have to pick and choose which one to listen to.
