Pros

Company just added an extra week of PTO for a total of three weeks, decent benefits with the opportunity to get less money taken out of your check for a wellness check, offers bonuses every quarter or so but it is HEAVILY taxed

Cons

Terrible salaries, piles on extra work without upping pay, does not invest in the equipment needed on a day-to-day basis, corporate employees are very out of touch and unaware of what it takes to successful broadcast daily newscasts, does not invest enough in it's people (salaries for promotions are not competitive)
