They're in all the major markets and allow employees to transfer between stations. The work is varied and challenging.

Cons

The company has a clear agenda, and if you're not on board with it, you won't fit in. They demand a lot from employees and compensation is mediocre.

Pay was ok if you hit your numbers.

Cons

Sleazy corporate management. They couldn’t care less about sales reps and they make it clear repeatedly. It’s sad broadcast sales has become what it is and Sinclair is a great example of profit first station management.

Good commission rates. Lots of freedom

Cons

TV is dying and digital is so fragmented leading the company to scramble to find something effective. Right now I have about 6 things that are supposed to be my top priority
