      Many of the non mgmt staff are great and want to help more than allowed to

      If you are a woman, diverse, ageism or a veteran, look for another place to work. With the new VP hired in digital, he is working out all of these groups by lay-off, adding additional job duties that don’t relate to your job with the sole purpose of people he doesn’t like, to quit. He has promoted directors with little to no director experience, and this 4 person team is getting rid of people so they can hire people like them or their friends
