      Pros

      On the rare exceptions when you are enabled, you can affect the community in which you work.

      Cons

      Misguided senior management. Many corporate demands which are time burglars. Embarrassingly low annual salary increases for rank-and-file employees. High pressure/anxiety.

      Pros

      They have excellent medical benefits, and if you drink their company Kool aid you will be groomed for advancement and promotion.

      Cons

      Most of the executive team is arrogant and does not respond well to any discussion about a perspective other than their own. They like to homogenize their initiatives and news stories across all of their stations, regardless if the pulse of their diverse markets. GMs and Group Managers mostly play along for protection of their jobs.
