      Bad management/hostile environment

      Pros

      Good benefits: health, eye, dental. 401k, stock options. You can enjoy yourself if you're teamed up with a good crew. You find your sanity in your fellow employees.

      Cons

      Hostile employees get away with treating people aggressively. HR is not effective. So many injustices by being overworked and underpaid. Seniority is not honored. They do not care about your well being and if a schedule is making you sick and delirious
