      The managers for the various teams are very well chosen and care about their team.

      I struggle with work-life balance, though it isn't encouraged by management.

      Solid place to work

      Pros

      Sinclair owns a lot more than you think and they are publicly traded. Even though they are lesser known they are one of the top 10 media companies in the country.

      Cons

      When I was there (during the pandemic) there was a salary freeze the entire time. Morale about bonuses and increased pay was pretty low.
