      - Family-Oriented - A lot of learning opportunities - Industry connections - Currently working on driving a lot of positive change within the company

      Cons

      - All offices operate different. Some offices are in person, some remote, some offer a FLEX schedule. Employees in certain locations are not offered remote or a FLEX schedule for the same roles. - Yearly reviews have not happened in over a year and a half to express any concerns or career opportunities for employees.
