Outstanding Onboarding Experience

All onboarding was done prior to my first day and everything was clear and conscience as to what needed to be done. HR team was super nice and very easy to work with through the onboarding process. Hands on experience to get you fully acclimated to the company's way of life. Excellent training from day one with the company and you get a clear snapshot within the first few weeks of how well everyone works together as a team. It's made clear you are an asset and your growth is beneficial to both parties. Management truly cares about their employees and very supportive on helping them grow within the company.
