USED to be family oriented not anymore. USED to be fun place not anymore.

Cons

Managers pit employees against each other. When issues are brought to HR, NOTHING happens. Brush the issue under the table. HR is useless!!! Management does not care about your succeeding and doesn't allow you to better yourself in applying for other positions within the company. They always hire outside the company . Management only cares about being in the top 3 in the nation. Those who work hard are disciplined and terminated, while those who slack off and don’t work effectively are given promotions and praised by manager. Singer has become a place where unethical practices are allowed and no one seems to care one bit.

From Fred Singer on down, positive culture is the number one message. This company is an amazing one to work for with people collaborating and treating each other with respect. I’ve worked for other companies in the same industry and it’s not like this elsewhere. Salary is fair. There are opportunities to grow within the company in the same division or to other locations of Singer, up and down the eastern seaboard

Cons

Technology had been lagging, but they have committed to improving upon it in 2024.
