Pros

Good people to work with, and flexible schedules.

Cons

Poor communication from top down. Very little structure to training procedures. You’ll get thrown into the fire and then be questioned why you don’t know something.

A Great company to work for. Everyone is very friendly.

Cons

I started working here through agency, the assignment then became full time. It took some time to convert over from temp to hire. Other than that i'm happy to work here.
