Singer Equipment Company reviews

I gave it another year to see if some good would come of their inspirational company updates and town hall meetings that say how well we are doing... but nothing has changed. Still no changes in management. Still no operating system that connects the entire company. Their big idea of 2025 is to let go of almost the entire marketing department last month. Isn't that the first sign of a company in trouble? You start with marketing. Just like that, they are no longer with the company. So much knowledge and talent... gone. Again, like my last review, treated like a number. They decided to go with an outside "marketing agency" instead who doesn't know the business at all. And what they've come up with so far? Reposting OLD projects on social media from 8-10 years ago BEFORE Singer even took over the smaller companies that took the photos and completed the project. Singer had nothing to do with these projects they are posting about. They keep using photos from one of the marketing girls who hasn't worked here in 2 years. Well now they don't have anyone to do that because they let everyone go. If this doesn't say desperate, I don't know what does. We can't highlight any NEW projects? Nothing for 2025? I think most of us would be happy with 2024 projects. Even 2023. We don't share team and company events anymore. Nothing about the social club or our holiday parties. The managers are still terrible and they keep promoting people that don't deserve it. I am looking for a new job officially.

No ladder or projection for advancement, small raises, lots of work with little praise.
