My experience with Singh Management was disappointing. HR often gives employees job titles that sound lower than the work they’re actually doing. This allows them to pay people less than what the job is really worth. They also write job descriptions in a way that hides the true responsibilities. It feels like a strategy to undervalue employees and avoid fair compensation. Even though they claim to care about their staff, in reality, there’s little support, low wages, and no clear path to grow your career. If you're thinking about working here, make sure you ask detailed questions about the job, the pay, and future opportunities. Don’t trust the title or description alone.

I've been with Singh for almost nine years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, I've found Singh to be a supportive and well-structured organization that truly values its employees. One of the standout aspects of Singh is the people. I've had the pleasure of working alongside genuinely kind and collaborative colleagues. There's a strong sense of teamwork, and I've always felt supported by my peers and managers alike. This positive and friendly atmosphere makes coming to work enjoyable at Singh. In terms of compensation, I've found the pay at Singh to be decent and fair for my role and experience within the industry. Beyond just the salary

Pros

Bagels on Tuesdays are nice.

Cons

Poor management, unhelpful HR. Can be a hostile workplace at times. Favoritism is open and rampant. Senior management is entirely hands off. Bonuses are promised and not delivered. There are some really great employees here that genuinely want to see the company succeed and grow, but are stifled by proxy management.
