Pros

- There's a huge emphasis on learning and personal/professional growth. The content coming out of the agency's blog + podcast are good sources for learning about the industry. - Great paid media internship program! As an intern I gained lots of foundational digital marketing knowledge and was able to work with different clients. - The company culture is great -- everyone is friendly and hard-working. The company works hard to maintain a collaborative and open culture and it pays off.

Cons

I do not have any cons!

Pros

- still a relatively small team so your voice is heard and you get to know everyone you work with on a personal level - manages small start-up clients to big tech giants, really full-service marketing agency - CEO has many projects in the works as well as 2 podcasts so the company is a lot of exposure in the marketing world and is growing fast - very thorough interview process and very selective on who they hire so you are guaranteed everyone you work with is ambitious, a hard worker, and overall great person to be coworkers with - extremely invested in each individual regarding professional and personal growth (every Friday there is an online self-review form, performance reviews are quarterly, managers do a weekly 1-on-1 touchbase) - the mission and values are engrained into the culture so everyone has a common goal, no politics here - located in the heart of DTLA in a high rise building with stunning views - other perks: occasional happy hours/free lunches, Nintendo Switch, and kitchen is stocked with breakfast, tea, la croix, coffee, variety of snacks, fruit, etc - the best perk in my opinion is once you're fully trained and onboarded, you can work Thursdays/Fridays from home! even with this benefit, everyone works extremely hard to get things done

Cons

None that I can think of right now since any issues or feedback is openly accepted so any "cons" or problems are usually address and fixed.
