I encourage people to look at former employee count on LinkedIn, and also ask a former employee what they thought of their time here. In my 2 years, I witnessed wave after wave of layoffs.

Having a blast at Single Grain! The flexibility with my work hours is a game-changer, and the folks here are top-notch specially the CEO. Team collaboration is on fire, and it's awesome how we've got each other's backs, making tasks a breeze.🚀

Cons

As I'm relatively new here, I haven't had the chance to uncover any drawbacks yet. But based on my initial experience, I've been pretty impressed with how things are running! Can't complain when everything's going so smoothly.
