Pros

The tech stack keeps the work engaging. Teams are collaborative, and it’s easy to get help or feedback when you need it. Expectations are clear, and there’s a good balance between getting work done and not burning out. I’ve learned a lot here and feel like my work has a real impact on the product.

Cons

So far, I don’t have anything I’d call a con.

The management needs to be more aware and active when it comes to tweakling the existing processes to make things easier for employees. They are not being as active as they need to be
