      Pros

      I've been able to continue my professional growth through promotions and by taking on more responsibility while helping to grow the team. The company is mostly made up of young, hungry professionals who know how to work hard, but also maintain a relaxed collaborative atmosphere.

      Cons

      As a small, fast growing company we have growing pains like many others. Still adding things like HR and support functions to help with additional growth.
