The biggest thing I got here from the company was the amount of stress and gained so much anxiety!!

Cons

Positions were gained not by hard work but through politics and nepotism! Its a terrible company to work in and much awful people to work with! These people were ARROGANT BRATS whose attitude were easy to hate!

My immediate manager is phenomenal as well as many sales directors and co-workers.

Cons

Mistreatment, verbal abuse, and overworking of some female employees. Hire & Fire upper leadership style. Multiple VP's fired or demoted in under 1 year with the company to prove themselves. 15% global layoff at the beginning of 2023 with zero notice. Reductions in pay to entire teams with zero notice. Many employees are underpaid and undervalued and receive little recognition for our efforts. The constant changes from leadership are frustrating and demotivating. Do yourself a favor, when good, tenured employees warn you about a company, LISTEN.
