The pay, free service and give aways.
Cons
They are very disorganized, and there is always a new self-imposed deadline. You work a full day, and then there is a problem or outage. There is also lots of night work. I sold my soul when I joined the team and was told so on the first day. I should have known better; everyone was leaving as I was onboarding.
