      - App Programming/Promotions team is generally very easy to work with - Good team management and morale

      Cons

      - Little to no pay-growth or promotions - Team pay distribution is very skewed towards other positions - Coordinators get the most hard work, make way less than everyone else - Unclear direction at times - Company as a whole is severely unorganized and chaotic
