Training and the culture are good, Others are helpful and willing to assist with what you have questions about.
Cons
If you don't mind reading a script during the entire call, then this isn't a con. But if you want to have individuality and adjust the scripting to fit your own personality, while staying compliant, this isn't the place for that. You will be told to read it verbatim. Also, watch what you say to customers who give you attitude...they will fire you for saying "You called me." That is what got me fired. Yes, just that. Also, when you get written up, you're forced to forfeit your commission. And they will claim that your commissions are NOT earnings, but incentive, so when you get disciplined, you lose what you made. They call it commission, which by definition is earnings, but they incentivise it so they can take it away if they feel like it.
