Pros
No micromanaging, Casual/comfortable work environment, Great benefits, Annual bonuses, Great colleagues, Company does events in appreciation of hard work which also allows colleagues from different departments to get to know each other (Summer Barbecue, Ice Cream socials, Halloween Costume gatherings, Holiday events, A day off to volunteer to a local organization. They care about safety and in harsh weather conditions you are allowed to work from home.
Cons
Titles/Roles can become very stagnant for years, unless someone leaves the company, promotions to grow and learn new tasks can be challenging. Not allowing a transfer if you move to another state.
