Executives have no idea (or interest) how to make radio interesting for anyone younger than Gen X. Executives are running around at the ridiculous whims of C Suite and ask unreasonable or stupid demands of their underlings.

Leadership from the very top on down to mid-level management is not very strategic. Making decisions based on false presuppositions.
