Leadership from the very top on down to mid-level management is not very strategic. Making decisions based on false presuppositions. They are in the NY bubble and can't see what is value outside of the glitz and glamour. Unfortunately, after Jim Meyer left the company, the strategy was pathetic. Meyer was a midwestern man who regularly got out of that bubble.
