It's a comfortable place to work

Pros

As long as you do your work no one bothers you. You get a free radio account. Free soda, coffee, tea, and pretzels. You get to see celebrities.

Cons

It's hard to get a decent raise or promotion, in which case, it's more about who you know not what you know. People hardly talk to each other. You pay a lot for health benefits.

People are very friendly, you can see various celebrities walking through the hall, the location and building are both good plus they just renovated.

Cons

It is very hard to move up in the company. Most people just stay in one position and don't move anywhere. There are exceptions but not many.
