      Pros

      - Great people to work with. - Half day Fridays all year. - If you're passionate about music, you're surrounded by people who feel the same, which is great.

      Cons

      - There's no clear vision about strategies and KPIs. There will be set metrics, but no strategy on how to get there.- - If you want to start something new or propose an out-of-the-box idea, it will die at the feet of VPs. - Lack of growth within the company despite producing good results. Barely any raises. They no longer offer stock options to lower-level employees.
